i read this quote by ira glass a while back, and just found this video on it. oh my goodness, it is so great for anyone who creates anything.

so... what's like really awesome or crazy or just plain * about this is that i just spent the last half hour looking up, watching, and starting to learn how to do kinetic typography.
ReplyDeleteand then i come here and yeah, cool.
but cooler still is ira glass and his associated quote there.
and that's really a good point, that even though we may not be very good at something, our taste still is and we can taste that our work is.... lacking. but i like the encouragement to keep at it and push on and just do a lot of work, knowing that it will get better.
so, yeah.
thanks for being dang like that.
and stuff.
